This chicken pasta meal is quick, easy, and can be made from staples that you have on hand.

  • 6 Chicken Breast Tenderloins
  • 2 12 oz Tri-Color Rotini Pasta
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil (Light or Mild)
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic (Spice World Minced Garlic in Olive Oil)
  • 1 tsp Creole Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Mrs. Dash
  • 1 tsp Weber Kickin Chicken Seasoning (Omit if you do not like spicy)
  • ½ tsp Everglades Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp Basil (dry)
  • 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Small Onion, chopped
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  1. Boil pasta in large stock pot according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Using same stock pot add olive oil on high.
  3. Add chicken, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. (add a little water if needed)
  4. Add the next 7 ingredients (seasonings).
  5. Continue stirring until chicken is no longer pink. (add a little water if needed)
  6. Add onion, green and red bell peppers, and red wine vinegar.
  7. Continue to stir frequently and add small amounts of water to prevent sticking.
  8. When onions are translucent remove from heat.
  9. Add drained pasta to pot and stir well scraping the bottom to mix seasonings.
You may substitute frozen chopped onions and bell peppers for the fresh, cooking just till heated through.
