Lean pork ribs are best for this recipe. Be sure to generously season both sides of the ribs. Enjoy!

Serves: 4 to 6 servings
  • Lean rack of pork ribs.
  • Yellow Mustard
  • Kosher Salt
  • Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
  • Weber Steak 'N Chop Seasoning
  • Black Pepper
  1. Place rack of ribs on a foil lined baking sheet.
  2. Baste with yellow mustard.
  3. Coat with Kosher Salt.
  4. Sprinkle Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning over ribs. (Contains salt)
  5. Sprinkle Weber Steak 'N Chop Seasoning over entire rack of ribs. (Contains salt)
  6. Coat with black pepper.
  7. Preheat grill to high heat.
  8. Place ribs on very hot grill to sear in juices approximately 10 to 15 minutes per side.
  9. Put ribs back on foil lined baking sheet.
  10. Cover ribs with a sheet of aluminum foil.
  11. Place into a preheated 325 degree oven.
  12. Bake for approximately 2 to 2½ hours.
  13. Remove and allow ribs to rest about 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
*Remember that this recipe contains sodium in nearly all of the seasoning. Salt enhances the flavor of the meat.
